The 10 Week Challenge. Starts Monday October 12. Done before Christmas week.
There are 13 weeks left until 2027. Start now and the challenge is done before Christmas. You walk into the new year with new habits and a body you are actually proud of. Or you walk in the way most people do, further behind, in more pain, remembering you told yourself you would start this year.
Reyna, 32
Reyna is a stay at home mom of two who trains at 8:45 after school drop off. She had tried a regular gym on her own and never felt comfortable there. "I just didn't know what I was doing. I just didn't feel comfortable." An all women's gym changed that, and having a coach fix her form and tell her what to do made it easy to keep showing up. She saw results inside her first 10 week challenge and that is what kept her going. "My core is tighter, my arms look leaner, my legs look tighter." Her husband, her friends and her mom all noticed, and her kids now ask if she went to the gym today.
Her advice: "Be a little bit selfish. It'll be worth it. Just do it."

Melissa, 46
Melissa had gym memberships before. "You go in there and you don't really know what to do. It's overwhelming." She'd never been consistent at anything fitness related and knew lifting weights was the answer, she just needed somewhere that would show her how. Now she says she feels stronger every day and is blown away that she could do this. "I never felt like I didn't know what I was doing here. Every person, from Sam to the trainers to every girl, has been so welcoming."Her one regret: not starting sooner. "It's never too late. I started at 46."

Hannah, 24
Hannah found P3 on Instagram and took a chance because the women in the videos looked like people she could relate to. She'd done home workouts during COVID, stayed consistent for a while, then fell off and never got back to it. What kept her here was the coaches and the check ins. "If I'm on my own, I probably wouldn't challenge myself as hard as I do with the coaches." And the room. "It's all girls. You just relate better. Moms, younger people, everybody's focused on the same thing." Her advice: "Don't hesitate. Do it. You feel good."

Barbie, 58
Barbie did CrossFit when she was younger and hadn't found anything that stuck since. Motivation was the problem, not knowing what to do. Her friend Tiffany joined P3 and told her she had to try it once. A month and a half later she's the one who won't skip. "The trainers push just enough, but they never make you feel uncomfortable if you can't do something yet." What surprised her most was the room: "Everybody here is trying to get through the same thing. Even if you're heavier, even if you're intimidated by the gym, just try it."
