P3 Elite provides personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition consultations, and supplementary programs through online and in-person experiences. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and not misuse our services. You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Payments are due upon enrollment. Subscriptions are billed according to selected plans. Missed payments may result in suspension of services. Cancellation policies are provided during onboarding. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. All content including workouts, materials, videos, and branding is owned by P3 Elite llc. You may not copy, distribute, or use our IP without written permission. By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive messages from P3 Elite llc including appointment reminders, program updates, and promotional content. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically.
