A Personal Training Studio Designed for Women.

1 coach. 4 women. 45 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Before your first workout, you sit down with a coach who builds the program around your life. No guessing, no wandering around, no figuring it out alone.

Personal Training

Four women. One coach. Every session is planned for you, coached in real time, and adjusted to your body, your injuries, and your week. You are never the one figuring out what to do next.

It is not a class.

Nobody is shouting cues at 30 people. It is personal training with a coach who knows your name and your goal, at a price that makes sense to do three times a week for years, not one on one prices you can only keep up for a month.

And you are not doing it alone. The women in your session become the reason you show up on the days you don't feel like it.

Nutrition Coaching

Before your first workout, you have a one on one nutrition call. Not a diet, a plan built around the food you already eat, your schedule, and what you're actually willing to do on a Tuesday night. No counting calories, no researching, no starving yourself to see the scale move.

It comes with every program because training three times a week and eating the same way you always have is how women end up stuck for months. Your coach checks in on it with you, and the plan changes as you do.

Progress Tracking

We don't guess whether you're getting results. We measure them.

Before you start, you sit down one on one for a 30 minute assessment. First, an InBody 580 scan: body fat, muscle mass, weight, visceral fat. Not a bathroom scale and not a side by side photo. Then we test and score how you move, so your coach knows exactly what your body can do and what it's protecting before you ever pick up a weight.

Then we do it again. Week five, week nine, and every quarter after that. You sit down with your coach, look at the numbers next to the last ones, and see what changed. Think of it as your report card. Most women have never had one for their body. Most of them wish they'd started sooner.

Why Women Only

Because the first thing most women tell us on the phone is some version of the same sentence: I felt watched, I felt judged, I didn't know what I was doing. A room full of women who all started where you are takes that off the table on day one.

It also makes the coaching better. Since 2021 we've trained only women, so our coaches know how a woman's body responds to strength training, how to build around a knee or a shoulder or a pregnancy, and how to get results that hold when life gets busy.

One client, one coach, one goal. That's the whole model.

Women Who Train Here

In their own words.

Melissa, 46

Melissa had gym memberships before. "You go in there and you don't really know what to do. It's overwhelming." She'd never been consistent at anything fitness related and knew lifting weights was the answer, she just needed somewhere that would show her how. Now she says she feels stronger every day and is blown away that she could do this. "I never felt like I didn't know what I was doing here. Every person, from Sam to the trainers to every girl, has been so welcoming." Her one regret: not starting sooner. "It's never too late. I started at 46."

Barbie, 58

Barbie did CrossFit when she was younger and hadn't found anything that stuck since. Motivation was the problem, not knowing what to do. Her friend Tiffany joined P3 and told her she had to try it once. A month and a half later she's the one who won't skip. "The trainers push just enough, but they never make you feel uncomfortable if you can't do something yet." What surprised her most was the room: "Everybody here is trying to get through the same thing. Even if you're heavier, even if you're intimidated by the gym, just try it."

Hannah, 24

Hannah found P3 on Instagram and took a chance because the women in the videos looked like people she could relate to. She'd done home workouts during COVID, stayed consistent for a while, then fell off and never got back to it. What kept her here was the coaches and the check ins. "If I'm on my own, I probably wouldn't challenge myself as hard as I do with the coaches." And the room. "It's all girls. You just relate better. Moms, younger people, everybody's focused on the same thing." Her advice: "Don't hesitate. Do it. You feel good."

FAQs

Most frequently asked questions.

How much does personal training at P3 cost?

P3 is not priced like a big box gym, because we are not one. A gym charges you to use the building. We charge you for a coach who is with you every session. At the same time, you are not paying one on one personal training prices, because you train four women to one coach. That is how we deliver a premium personal training experience at a price our clients can sustain month after month.

Who actually pays for it? Mostly women in their 30s and 40s working a nine to five, many of them raising a family at the same time. Some of our longest standing clients started in their early 20s and have been here month after month since.

We go over exact pricing at your sit down, once we know whether a 10 week program or an ongoing membership is right for you. There are no free trials, discounts or promotions.
