At P3, every woman trains in a small group (typically 5–6 per coach) with expert guidance every step of the way. But this isn’t your typical group session—we train inside a 5,000 sq. ft. private facility equipped with top-tier equipment and zero crowding. No waiting on machines. No working around random trainers. This space gives us the ability to program smarter—supersets, unique movements, and structured flows all fit into a 45-minute window. Whether you're a busy mom or a high-performing professional, we get you in, trained hard, and out the door—efficiently. Our coaches are specifically trained to handle group dynamics without sacrificing personal attention. It’s personal training without the premium 1-on-1 price tag—and it’s built for results.

Nutrition Coaching

Before a single workout begins, every client meets with our team for a 1-on-1 nutrition coaching session via Zoom. Why? Because results start in the kitchen—and no two women have the same body, schedule, or food preferences. We assess your needs, your lifestyle, your goals—and then we build around

you. Through our AI nutrition partner, we create fully personalized meal plans that evolve with your progress. These plans are updated quarterly and backed by biweekly follow-ups to make sure you’re staying on track. This isn’t a side service. It’s a requirement. Because when your food aligns with your training, the transformation becomes unstoppable.

At P3, we don’t guess—and we don’t forget. Every client enters a system that’s built to track their progress like a case file. From their first meal plan to their latest workout notes, every update is logged and shared across our team using a centralized CRM. We're not just trainers. We're like coaches with a medical file—tracking every phase of your transformation with precision. Our coaches don’t just train. They check in, log progress, update notes, and make sure no detail goes unnoticed. Every coach is involved in your success—not just the one leading your session. As you hit major session milestones, we reward your consistency—tracking progress up to 1,000 sessions. Here, you get recognized for showing up. You’re not just a number. Your Questions Answered: Enhancing Your personal training Experience

How much does it cost to train at P3?

At P3, our pricing is tailored based on your needs. We offer month-to-month options as well as membership packages, with pricing starting at $299/month and going up to $499/month for our premium packages. The more support and accountability you need, the more hands-on we get. We do not offer “drop-in” memberships because we’re not a typical gym. Every woman that joins us undergoes a consultation to ensure we can prescribe the right plan that will help her achieve her goals. Without that conversation, we’re essentially guessing—and that’s not how we operate. You’ll start with our 30-day trial, which gives you the opportunity to experience our coaching, community, and facility firsthand. From there, we’ll discuss the best plan for you.

What services do we offer?

At P3, we specialize in personal training with a focus on small group sessions, nutrition coaching, progress tracking, and accountability. Every single session is trainer-led—we pride ourselves on clients walking in, following clear instructions, and executing their workout without having to think. This approach is what makes us efficient and effective. Our clients get in, get the job done, and leave with results—without wasting any time or mental energy. While we do not offer OpenGYM access to the public, we do provide it as a benefit for our members. However, it’s not the core of what we do. P3 is a personal training facility, where every client books an appointment with their trainer, ensuring they receive the structure, guidance, and support they need to achieve their fitness goals.

What are your operating hours?

At P3 Elite, we pride ourselves on being available to all of our clients and always being at their convenience. That's why we offer a wide range of session times throughout the day, from early mornings to late evenings. Monday through Thursday, we offer 14 sessions starting as early as 5:00 AM and running until 8:45 PM, accommodating even the busiest schedules. On Fridays, we have three morning sessions, from 5:00 AM to 7:15 AM. Saturdays feature a 9:00 AM HIIT training session, and the last Saturday of every month, we hold a 9:00 AM Run Club event for our members. Sundays are reserved for OpenGYM access, exclusively for members who want an extra day of training. We understand that every client has different work schedules and responsibilities, which is why we offer a variety of time slots to fit your needs. No matter what job you have or how late you work, we have availability for you somewhere in our schedule. We're open pretty much all day to ensure you have the flexibility to train when it works for you.

Is there an age requirement to join P3?

At P3 Elite, we work exclusively with women 25 years and older. We’ve found that women in this stage of life are typically more established, more committed, and truly value their health and fitness. Our program is built to support those who are ready to take their goals seriously without being chased or convinced. While our age minimum is 25, we do make rare exceptions for women under that age who show strong intent and maturity, and who are truly ready to commit to the process. If that sounds like you, we’re open to a conversation.

What’s included with the membership?

At P3 Elite, we provide unlimited access to everything you need to succeed. Our flat-rate membership gives you access to up to six sessions per week—and while you don’t have to come to all six, the option is there. This level of access is rare and would cost you a premium elsewhere, but it’s included with your membership here at P3. We operate on a month-to-month membership with no rollover sessions—just clear, predictable pricing based on the commitment you choose. Along with personalized training, you’ll also have access to our cardio room with six machines, a sauna for recovery, and unlimited nutrition consultations. Whenever you have questions, you can schedule a call with your coach, no extra charge. From training to nutrition to recovery, we’ve designed our services to provide everything you need for success—at a price that makes sense.

Why only women?

At P3, we specialize in personal training for women only — and that choice wasn’t by accident. By narrowing our focus to just one community, we’ve been able to go deeper than any other facility. From hormones to metabolism, body composition to confidence, we understand the female body at every stage of life because we’ve trained women from every background: moms, professionals, students, and more. While other gyms are trying to serve everyone, we’ve made the intentional decision to master one thing — and that gives us a competitive edge. Most facilities are generalists. We’re specialists. And while we’re a women-only facility, we offer coaching from both male and female trainers, depending on your preference. Some women love training with women. Others prefer a male coach’s energy. Either way, we’ve got you covered.
